Return Policy
If the product(s) we sent have any shipping damage or defects, or if you received any incorrect product(s), DO NOT install them on your car and do not have tires mounted on or with them. Instead, please contact us immediately. Item(s) that have been mounted or used in any way are non-returnable. Your continuation of the mounting or installation process constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms set forth herein and that the product we delivered is acceptable to you as is, with any defect that could have been discovered with reasonable inspection; it relieves SF Tires and Wheels of any obligations.
We do not guarantee fitment. It is your responsibility as a buyer to verify fitment before purchasing. Center caps, and most accessories carry no warranty. Used items carry no warranty (unless specified otherwise). Used items are sold as is. Please read our Terms of sales.
If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, we will provide a replacement if available. Otherwise we will issue a refund accordingly.
If you wish to return the product for any reason other than defective or incorrect merchandise, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (plus cost of any powder coated or re-chroming). Shipping charges are not refundable. Special orders are not refundable. Wheels that have had tires mounted or have used in any way are non-returnable; please inspect fully before mounting or using them.
For all merchandise, all returns must be done within 30 days. All International Sales are Final!
Merchandise must be in original packaging and customer must call or email us for a RMA number prior to shipping. For all returns, buyers are responsible for shipping cost. *Policy may change without notice.
